Join me and my daughter Cassidy Thompson either Friday November 8th at the Richmond Free Library from 6 to 9pm or on Sunday November 10th at the Zen Barn in Waterbury from 2 to 5pm. I will be presenting on finding meaning and purpose in life by understanding how we became who we are at this moment. I will discuss neuroscience, epigenetics and faith and my story to finding a meaningful life. Cassidy will share her passions of singing and human connection to highlight some of the topics that I will cover in my presentation.
