WARNING FOR THE ANNUAL MEETING FOR THE WATERVILLE FIRE DISTRICT #1

The Consumers of the Waterville Fire District # 1, who are legal voters in the Town of Waterville, are hereby notified and warned to meet at the Waterville Town Hall in said Waterville, on October 29, 2019, at 6:00 pm in the evening to act on the following business:
Article 1: To elect members to the Prudential Committee of the Fire District meeting:
Member of the Prudential Committee for one year term;
Article 2: Organization and election of the prudential committee;
Article 3: Report of the financial matters of the Waterville Fire District # 1 and to take action as is deemed necessary of the said report;
Article 4: Discussion on the Fire Districts operator, potential vote to renew or replace Simon operations;
Article 5: Review of a proposed rate increase;
Article 6: Adjournment
