The Black Bear - Nature's Voracious Omnivore

Mr. Valenta's lecture will focus on the smallest of three bear species found in North America. The fiercely protective females and belligerent solitary males are anything but cuddly "Teddy Bears". Join us as we explore this secretive world of the Black Bear. Coffee and refreshments will immediately follow the presentation.
The last OLLI presentation will be given by Jill Mudgett, Murder, Mystery, and Indigenous Mobility In 19th Century Vermont, is scheduled on November 6th at 1:30 p.m.
