Free showing "Paris to Pittsburgh" w/ Panel Discussion
From Florida to Iowa to California, the consequences of climate change are increasingly evident across the country.
These impacts have created a new force for change as mayors, governors, businesses, and everyday citizens launch local climate solutions. Friday, Nov. 1st at the Meetinghouses, 21 Fairground Road. Doors open at 6:30 pm. A panel discussion on proposed Vermont legislation related to climate change will follow the film. Panel members will include Char Osterland of Springfield Energy Committee, Cheryl Joy Lipton of Mountain Valley Climate Action and Debbie Diegoli of the Meetinghouse Social Action Circle and the Weathersfield Energy Team.
