Training for New Family Support Group Facilitators

A NAMI Family Support Group facilitator is a trained NAMI leader who facilitates a NAMI Support Group for family members and close friends of individuals living with a mental health condition. They play an important role in ensuring that all participants feel welcomed and supported. NAMI facilitators are uniquely qualified to lead support groups because they also have lived experience.
