The Taylor Street Apartments (30 total) and the new Transit Center in downtown Montpelier are nearly complete! Downstreet Housing & Community Development, Housing Vermont, & the City of Vermont invite you to partake in an evening to celebrate the addition of these assets to our community!

Enjoy LIVE music by the Sky Blue Boys and food available for purchase from Paquet's Apple Shack, Mo's Backyard BBQ, and Mediterranean Mix! And of course, the building will be open for tours. Don't miss this community celebration!
