Kate Turcotte is the cheesemaker, farmer, and owner of Orb Weaver Creamery. She has been making cheese since 2007 when she started working at Shelburne Farms. Kate and her husband Zack worked with the original owners of Orb Weaver Farm to transition the dairy and cheese operation and continue the legacy of Vermont's first farmhouse cheese.
