The Cabot Trails Committee will be hosting a landowner breakfast and discussion on October 26 from 9am to 11am in the Willey Building. Everyone is welcome to attend. And this is an entirely voluntary open discussion and process. Agenda and details below:

The ultimate success of any trails effort in Cabot will rely on the voluntary and willing support and partnership of private landowners. The meeting will be an opportunity to communicate some of what the committee has learned about trails and usage appropriate for the community and match that to concerns, questions, and ideas of private landowners willing to voluntarily allow access for trails. Again, we won't establish or support trails on private land without explicit landowner permission. Also note this effort is solely focused on non-motorized uses such as hiking, biking, snowshoe, x-c skiing.
We hope to have a mix of items for breakfast, such as quiches, muffins, fruit, oatmeal, beverages, coffee, and tea. The discussion will be friendly and open.
