The Broad Brook Fire Dept. is serving up its 63rd annual Oyster Stew supper this Saturday, October 26 at the East Barnard Community Hall (corner of Broad Brook and East Barnard Roads). All are invited!

Menu features oyster stew and/or cheesy corn chowder, rolls, coleslaw, baked beans, and homemade pie.

Doors open at 5:00 pm. Serving "until no more folks show up" -- but to be on the safe side, plan to arrive by 6:30. Raffle drawing at 7:00 for prizes that include local art, gift certificates from local businesses, and local maple syrup and honey. Handicraft bazaar upstairs.

Cost: adults $18, children (ages 7-12) $7, younger children free.
