Join us for an evening honoring St. Johnsbury's finest! This intimate pop-up jazz lounge provides guests with the unique opportunity to immerse themselves in entertainment provided by The Rosanne Hebert Trio, savor a tasting menu provided by Salt, and take delight in top shelf beverage offerings via cash bar by St. Johnsbury Distillery.

The Rosanne Hebert Trio is made up of skilled instrumentalists who blend effortlessly to create a memorable Jazz experience. Whether re-contextualizing modern music or performing jazz classics from the likes of Bill Evans, Duke Ellington, or Astrud Gilberto, the trio presents a uniquely cohesive yet extraordinarily flexible unit that combines technical skill and deliberate distortions of pitch and timbre to make for an evening of jazz bliss! The Trio is composed of St. Johnsbury resident pianist Rosanne Hebert, Dan Salomon on Bass, and Don Cail on Horns.
Salt Bistro is located at 94 Eastern Avenue and under the direction of Owner and Chef Aureon Joao Nommik. AJ has been cooking since he was 16 and was the youngest student to attend the New England Culinary Institute in Montpelier, Vermont. Salt serves American fare done well with a hint of ethnic flare. Their menu features slow cooked smoked meats. Chef AJ also runs Vermont Catering Company which provides appetizers, full meals, smoked foods and service for family parties, weddings, and public events. His catering is associated with Vermont Vocational Rehabilitation and provides six weeks learning programs for beginning cooks in both Newport, VT and St. Johnsbury, VT.
St. Johnsbury Distillery is located at 74 Eastern Ave and is a throwback to old world ideals and taking time to enjoy those around you. Their products are about enjoying the camaraderie as well as the drink in your glass.
