Get your ticket now for this literary themed cocktail and costume party - costumes are optional, but think of this as adult Halloween :)
Jane Austen lovers are invited to join us in merriment and revelry as we sip specialty cocktails made from the recipes in "Gin Austen: 50 Cocktails to Celebrate the Novels of Jane Austen."
"It is a truth universally acknowledged that a person in possession of this good book must be in want of a drink."
Barr Hill of Caledonia Spirits will bartend, and each ticket holder receives one free specialty cocktail of their choice: the Gin Austen, Jane's Addiction, or Catherine Wallbanger.
National Book Award winner M.T. Anderson will host, leading games and trivia, as well as judge the costume contest. Prizes will be given to the winners!
Tickets are available in the store or online below for $20 per person (including one drink and 10% off a book purchase that evening). Come as you are, or come in period costume!
