A Fur Slipper Workshop will be held at Rack n'Reel in New Haven on Sunday November 24th from 1pm to 4pm. Sewing materials and instruction will be provided in this three hour workshop. You may complete one slipper and will go home with everything needed to complete the other slipper.

The workshop is geared to the inexperienced hand sewer. You will create a pattern based on your foot, learn how to cut fur pieces, receive a special needle and thread, and instruction on how to sew the pieces together. The cost: $35 per person for instruction and sewing materials but does not include the fur pelt. Please email me for information on how to acquire a pelt if you do not have one.
