We are a group of passionate, committed, and curious community members who want to learn more about the current gaps that exist for students and families, obstacles to equity, opportunities for growth, and how we may work together to find solutions that will lead to racial equity within our schools. We hope you will join us!
What: An introductory meeting of the The School Group of the Stowe/Morrisville Coalition
When: Thursday, October 24th, 5:30 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Where: The First Congregational Church, 85 Upper Main Street, Morrisville, VT
Agenda: Our goal is to build connections, discuss the vision of the group, and to create initial action steps.
Who's Invited: This is an open meeting for all ages. All are welcome. As a part of this work we will be building a youth coalition. We strongly encourage any youth who are interested to attend! Bring your experience, your history, your curiosities, your passions, your insights, yourself.
