The Town of Milton will be holding a special Planning Commission (PC) meeting on October 24, 2019 at 6pm in the Town's Planning and Zoning Office. The PC will be discussing allowing multiple residential uses on single lots in the Milton Crossroads Marketplace West (M2) and (M5) Old Towne Residential/Commercial Districts. This is a component of the Summer/Fall 2019 Unified Development Regulations revisions.
