Materials for October 24 Planning Commission meeting are now available, and digital files in Adobe Acrobat (*.PDF) format have been posted online at https://goo.gl/Oh9xN6.

Having cleared a hurdle relating to the Form Based Zoning (FBZ) amendments, the Commission can now turn its attention to some different topics. The agenda for the 24th will include time to discuss: the Town's draft Capital Improvement Program; clean-up changes to maps in the Comprehensive Plan; a possible change to the Subdivision Regulations to properly reference the updated Form Based Zoning regulations; and the agenda for the Joint Retreat with the Shelburne Natural Resources and Conservation Committee.
