MORRISTOWN/MORRISVILLE DEVELOPMENT REVIEW BOARD

WARNED PUBLIC HEARING – WEDNESDAY 16 OCTOBER 2019

The zoning application described below requires a hearing before the Morristown/Morrisville Development Review Board for approval. The Board will hold a public hearing on the above date of this notice to review the following applications:
1. In a recessed hearing, the Board will continue to consider the request of landowner Terrence Jones for 5% or 9% Waiver of the Minimum Lot Size to allow for a future subdivision of 3.5 acre parcel 16-030-7 at 57 Lawrence Road in the Rural Residential Agricultural Zone. The Board will conduct a site walk of the property prior to this meeting.

Said hearing will resume at 5:30 PM in the Tegu Building's Community Meeting Room at 43 Portland Street in Morrisville.
