The Sheldon Museum presents "Spirited Vermont - Green Mountain Mediums, Mystics, and Miracle Workers," a talk by Joe Citro, novelist and VPR commentator, on October 17 at 7:00 p.m. The talk will explore the history of American Spiritualism as practiced in Vermont and is part of the programming in conjunction with the Sheldon's current exhibit "Conjuring the Dead: Spirit Art in the Age of Radical Reform."

Free with Museum admission. Space is limited, advance reservations are recommended by calling 802-388-2117. The Sheldon is located at One Park Street in downtown Middlebury across from the Ilsley Public Library.
