On Oct. 12 from 8 to 4 the Waterbury Rotary is sponsoring a Wheels for Warmth tire collection. The event will be at the Hannon Home Center on Route 2 in Moretown, just across the bridge from Waterbury Village. The cost to dispose of tires is $4 per tire. Any usable tires will be re-sold at the Wheels for Warmth event in Middlesex on October 26th. This event supports emergency heating assistance to those in need and helps to recycle tires. So please bring any tires that you are no longer using.
