Parent Workshop: Eating the Alphabet - Encouraging Your Child to Eat Fruits and Vegetables. One of the struggles families share is that their child resists eating the daily recommended amount of fruits and vegetables. In this workshop we will discover fun ways to empower children make healthy food choices. Participants will receive a free children's book, and a $10.00 Price Chopper gift card.
