Reading to End Racism is a volunteer program dedicated to helping children understand the harm caused by racism. We read and discuss books with classrooms of elementary students in central Vermont, encouraging them to understand the world from others' perspectives.
We will be having a get-together in the meeting room at the Kellogg-Hubbard Library in Montpelier on Saturday, October 12, from 10:00 - noon. There will be books to browse, demonstrations of readings for early and older grades,
and time to talk about ways we can improve our impact. If you are interested in learning about what RER is and how it works, please join us!
