It's back, the "What Feeds Us?" workshop series at the Barnet Tradepost Wellness Center! The description is below and the workshop will take place over three weeks, all on Tuesdays from 7pm-8pm. The first is 10/29, the second is 11/5, and the last is 11/12. The entire series is $40.00 which is due at the first session.

Lastly, each session builds off another, so it's important that if you're interested, you can attend all three evenings. Please email me, Robyn Morrison, at sayyeshealthcoaching@gmail.com if you have questions or would like to sign up!

Thank you and I look forward to seeing you there.

"What Feeds Us?
Have you ever noticed how you feel after eating certain foods? I'm not talking about feeling full, or not hungry anymore, I'm talking about noticing if you feel tired, moody, sad, happy, energized, or hyper? Do you feel satisfied or is there still a longing for something else?

What about taking this a step deeper and look at our lives? Are we stuffed in some areas (which can be both negative and positive), or are there areas where we're longing for something? Starving for something?

I'd like to invite you to a three Workshop series at the Barnet Tradepost Wellness Center where we'll explore "what feeds us." We'll talk about which foods feed our body in a healthy/not so healthy way AND what feeds our life, our emotions, our soul, our spirit, and our mind in a healthy/not so healthy way.

We'll do this by talking about cravings, stress, eating balanced meals, and our everyday life. We'll talk about our uniqueness and creating/holding boundaries, as well as examine any underlying judgments we may not know we have which may be keeping us stuck.

Then, by the end of the 3rd workshop, we'll have a much clearer vision and blueprint on what does indeed, truly, feed us so we can feel full in the best possible ways!"
