Local resident, volunteer, and leader Jimmy Griffith will be presenting an educational discussion at the Cambridge Public Library on different generational groups and how their thinking process has developed. This presentation will cover the differences among all four generations, with a specific focus on the Boomers and Millennials. In addition, Jimmy will discuss how clear communication and understanding of social/political trigger points affect each generation. This is an encore presentation and past participants found the information to be enlightening and incredibly helpful in understanding how to better communicate on personal and professional levels.
