"Is there a right to vote in the United States?" This is the title of the talk to be given by three Norwich professors. They will explain the history of voting in the U.S. including how the Constitution, Supreme Court, and state laws have defined, interpreted, limited, and ignored this democratic cornerstone since 1787. This timely discussion will take place on Wednesday, Oct. 9, at 1:30 at the Montpelier Senior Activity Center on Barre St. Free to OLLI members, and $5.00 suggested donation for others. Information number is 44-7814.
