In cooperation with the Dorothy Alling Memorial Library Outreach Team, the Vermont Astronomical Society (VAS) will be on hand Tuesday October 8th, at the Williston Community Park soccer fields behind the middle school, to show residents some of the wonders that can be seen in the night sky. VAS members will be on site with several telescopes to allow residents to view the moon, planets, galaxies and nebula. The event starts at 7pm. The rain date is set for Wednesday, October 9th, but right now Tuesday looks like the best evening.
