For our next meeting on Thursday, Nov. 7th, we will be joining in a community discussion of this year's Vermont Reads selection, "March: Book One" by John Lewis, Andrew Aydin and Nate Powell, led by Tenney librarian, Mary Burnham. Our meeting time will be 7 PM at the Tenney Memorial Library. Copies of the book are available now at the library and readers both young and old are encouraged to join us to talk about this very interesting and informative look at the Civil Rights Movement as told in graphic format.

For those of you who like to plan way ahead, we've chosen TA-Nehisi Coates' work, "Between the World and Me" for our December 5th meeting. It should provide some intriguing comparisons to the themes explored in our November meeting! Copies of the book may be ordered through interlibrary loan at your local library.
