Come and hear three professors from Norwich University ( Rowly Brucken, Jason Jagemann, and Mark Boonshoff) explain the history of voting in the US, including how the Constitution, Supreme Court, and state laws have defined, interpreted, limited and ignored this democratic cornerstone since 1787.
