Join us for live music by Kuf Knotz (spoken word) & Christine Elise (vocals/harpist), all ages and all levels yoga taught by Jane Lanza (Burlington Yoga Conference, Liberate School of Yoga, Laughing River Yoga). Enjoy an all day kids space curated by Wildflowers Studio with on site childcare provided by Birth Love Family.

Keynote presenter, Dr. Jus Crea Giammarino will speak about her Penobscot upbringing, Indigenous Midwifery, and traditional plant medicine. Fathers & Food by Dr. Jason S. Frishman offers something for the dads! Bring your families and join the fun.
