The Whitingham and Halifax Historical Societies are sponsoring a talk presented by Matt Cole on the history and construction of the Harriman Dam that was built in 1923. The location is at the Municipal Center in Jacksonville on Wednesday evening at 7:00 P.M. on October 16th. The meeting is open to all members and non-members.
