The Richards Library is offering a FREE Adult Program, geared toward older adults, called "Caroline Jordan Chair Cardio Video Workout" presented by Bridgette Connelly-Howe, starting on Tuesday, October 29th @ 6 PM in the library's Community Event Room. Each class will run approximately 30 minutes, all levels and experiences are welcome and please bring a seat cushion for comfort. Stop by the library or call 518-623-3011 to sign up!
