Tai Chi in the Park!

Come celebrate Fall and the changing leaves and join us for a special Tai Chi class at the Dog River Park on Thursday, October 10th from 1:30-2:30 P.M. Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese form of exercise and is seen by many as slowed down martial arts. Tai Chi focuses on slow, thoughtful movements that are coordinated with the breath. Tai Chi is great for balance and strength building and it is a great stress reliever. This class is free and open to those 50+. All experience levels are welcome!

When: October 10th from 1:30-2:30 P.M. (please note if it is raining the class will be cancelled)
Where: Dog River Park, Water Street
Cost: FREE!

Can't make it this time? No worries! The Senior Center has a Tai Chi class every Thursday afternoon from 1:30--2:30 P.M. Drop in any time and join us.
