In honor of the Feast of Saint Francis of Assisi, all are welcome regardless of religious affiliation, to an ecumenical Blessing of the Animals service, held indoors at Calvary Episcopal Church on Saturday October 5th at 5 p.m. This is a Way Cool service held in conjunction with Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, and led by the Rev. Dr. Arnold Thomas. For everyone's safety, please have dogs on leash, and cats or other small animals in cages or carriers.
