Similar to a yoga flow/meditation and great for stress...
I've been practicing "non conventional" breathing for years and recently have adopted some new variations. I'd love to have a group of people to share and practice this with and would like to offer guidance for FREE!
This is a gentle practice that can benefit most anyone, its exceptional for oxygenating the body. (great health benefits)
I'm planning to be in the park at Jericho Center Circle this Sunday around 4:30pm for perhaps and hour
(yoga mat/blankets are a great if you have them )
