Interested in public art? Want to help give back to the community?
The City of Winooski has partnered with Arts So Wonderful to provide a three-day Picnic & Paint event in an effort to install a mural under the Winooski River Bridge!
Event Logistics: You're invited! This event is family-friendly, free and open to all - everyone can help paint the mural (kids under 14 must be accompanied by an adult). Feel free to bring a picnic lunch to enjoy, all painting materials provided. Meet at 12 PM on any of the three days under the Winooski River Bridge near Winooski Falls Park:

About the Project: Arts So Wonderful has brought on Liz Emmett, a local artist with years of mural experience to help manage the project with the Community Services Department volunteer program. Under their direction, participants will use a "paint-by-number" method, making the event accessible to all. Arts So Wonderful is a unique non-profit visual and performing arts program for youth ages 14-25 who help inspire youth to reach their goals through our community programs.
