Half Pint Chef is the creation of Jess Turner, who has planned a cooking curriculum designed to empower kids to have hands-on experiences in the kitchen. Jess is a lifelong baker, a mom to a 7-year-old aspiring baker, and the owner of Capital Kitchen in downtown Montpelier.
