Tuesday afternoon and evening, Stowe Community Church will be holding auditions for its December performance of "The Best Christmas Pageant Ever." Auditions will be held September 24 at the church, 137 Main Street in Stowe. Adults and children are welcome to audition at either the 3 pm - 5 pm slot or the 7 pm - 9 pm slot.

This delightful comedy will be performed December 20 and 21. "The Best Christmas Pageant Ever" is a play based on the novel of the same title by author Barbara Robinson. It is an enchanting Holiday Classic, where a couple struggles to put on a Church Christmas Pageant and they're faced with casting the Herdman kids, probably the most inventively awful kids in history. Join us for the mayhem, fun and a Christmas miracle or two when the Herdman's collide with the Christmas Story head on!
