Cob is an ancient building material made with clay heavy soil, straw and sand. I am building a cob oven in my backyard.

The foundation is fully built in the backyard of where I reside in Huntington. Now is the fun part! Bring clothes that can get dirty, a seat to chill in between stomping up cob, and a snack or drink to share if you like. Come learn the fundamentals of building with this time-tested material.
