Granite City Grocery Cook Out

Past event
Sep 22, 2019, 5 to 8 PM

ATTENTION all Central Vermont residents.
Granite City Grocery will be having an end of summer cook out, this Sunday Sept 22 from 5-8 pm at the Granite Museum on the Barre Montpelier Road. This event is FREE to the public. We have been busy posting on FPF, our website and directly with our members via emails. We have also been hanging posters all around town. It is our way to get the community together. If you are not a member, you can sign up at this event. If you are a member and would like to volunteer to one of our committees, this would be a great time to get involved. Or you can just come down and have a burger or hot dog, play some games, visit with some friends and enjoy the music provided by Native Tongue. There will also be a Bon Fire at dusk. This is our way to say Thank You to our members and invite our friends and neighbors to find out more about Granite City Grocery.

We will have a table to engage our members in a conversation about our mission and vison statements. We now have 700+ members and we want to know if you feel the current mission and vision statements are aligned with the need of our community. If there is enough interest, we may develop a committee to review the statements and make recommendations to your Board of Directors. After all, this is your member owned Co-Op.
