Dr. Sandra Steingraber, renowned writer, biologist and climate activist will be in our area on Oct. 28, midday at the SUNY Adirondack Campus to give a talk followed by a zero waste Resource Cafe "Meet and Greet" at 640 Bay Road. In the evening Steingraber will introduce one of her films, "Living Downstream" at the Crandall Library at 6:30; the introduction will be about chemical pollution and parenting in the age of climate crisis and impacts on health by environmental impacts.
