Materials for September 26 Planning Commission meeting are now available, and digital files in Adobe Acrobat (*.PDF) format have been posted online at https://goo.gl/Oh9xN6.
Because there was no quorum on September 12, the agenda (and supporting materials) will very similar to those issued for the last meeting. Commissioners once again will be discussing the "Form Based Zoning" (FBZ) amendments prepared by consultant Brandy Saxton (with a focus on definitions and stormwater management standards). They will also be discussing the Comprehensive Plan (and specifically the correction of some mapping errors).
