Our monthly gathering of writers, fledgling or published, continues for the fall season at the Waterbury Public Library. Writers' Wertfrei meets from 10-noon in the SAL room on the 3rd Saturday of the month. "Wertfrei" comes from the German "Wertfreiheit" meaning non-judgmental or value free. These gatherings are a place where writers can come, share their work, receive comments and suggestions in a supportive, caring environment.

Bring 3-5 pages of writing that you are either currently working on or something that you have completed. We begin our time with writing from a short prompt to get the fingers, hand and mind moving, and then move on to sharing our work. Newcomers are always welcome to come and listen without obligation to share.
