Monkton Girl Scout Troop 30166 will be hosting the Monkton Town Wide Yard Sale this year and all money raised will go directly to the scouts! What a great way to get rid of some clutter, make some extra money AND support your local scouts! If you would like to rent a table at the Fire House for the day of the event (Saturday May 10th from 8am-3pm) please contact Jamie Steadman at 802-338-6731or jls_2499@hotmail.com with "Monkton Yard Sale" in subject line. The cost is $10 for anyone to take part. There are a few options, you can rent a table at the Fire House, we have 10 tables inside (5 left) and you can have tables outside as well or you can have a yard sale at your home and we will put you on the map that we hand out to people looking to purchase. Signs can be picked up the Saturday before the sale at the Monkton Fire House between 9:30am and 11am. Cost is $10 for a yard sign and to be on the map. We will hand out maps to people at the Fire House the day of the sale and also have some available at the Monkton General Store. We will do all of the advertising and send people your way!
