Aug 19-23 | ages 10+ | $250 | 9-3pm

Yoga awakens creativity and intrinsic love of exploring. Each day there is a theme or focus that threads through all of the activities. Activities are inspired by the yogic intention of breathing, focusing, creativity, peace, and awareness. Art & writing/ literature and discussion of yoga lifestyle is also included in the program. ages 8+
