THE TASTING PUBLIC WILL BE THE JUDGES — VOTING BALLOTS WILL DETERMINE WINNER

Rules:

• Entry form must be submitted by October 2, 2019
• Each contestant must cook a minimum of four (4) quarts of competition chili.
• Chili competitors, please have your Chili WARM and ready for tasting and judging by 10:00 AM.
• In this competition, the chili will be blind judged (no one knows the identity of the cook).
• Voting ballots will be available at Jay Town Hall.
• Chili contestants ARE NOT ABLE TO VOTE.
• THIS CHILI COOK-OFF IS FOR AMATEURS and PROFESSIONAL CHEFS.
