(Doro Alicha (Curry Chicken) - tender chicken simmered with onion, tomato, garlic & ginger and Ethiopian seasoned butter
OR
Ingudai (Spicy Mushroom) - mushroom cooked with berbere, Ethiopian spice, tomato, garlic & ginger
All meals also include:
Gomen (Collard Green) - chopped green slowly cooked with red onion, fresh tomato & Jalapeños
Yemesser Alicha (Lentil dish) - split orange lentils cooked with onion, tomato, garlic, ginger and curry
Injera (pancake-like spongy sour dough bread)
