3) Peter & Helen Rosenblum: Sketch Plan review for a 2-lot minor subdivision of a 10.1-acre property located at 385 Partridge Hill Road in the Rural Residential 1 Zoning District. Lot 1 would be 5.9 acres on the north side of Partridge Hill Road and include the existing house and garage. Lot 2 would be 4.1 acres on the south side of Partridge Hill Road and include a building envelope for a single-family residence.
