POP-UP ART INSTALLATION
DOLCETTI: GELATO WITH A MISSION
COLORS OF THE KINGDOM
142 EASTERN, ST JOHNSBURY
SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 14
11AM-4PM
142 Eastern will be Celebrating Colors of the Kingdom with a collaborative interactive art installation inspired by Dolcetti. This new immersive art experience will be Instagram/traditional-ready and designed to expand minds and bring people together through art and a playful sense of wonder while enjoying gelato. Dolcetti is the deliciously decadent, Italian inspired treat making a real difference in the lives of Vermont women and families. Each batch of the artisan gelato and sorbet is handcrafted with passion and positivity. We invite you to join us for a sample. Cups are available for $3 and take-home pints for $7. All proceeds support Umbrella's economic empowerment programming!
We welcome visitors to 142 Eastern and encourage you to interact with the installation. Please "walk" in and around; become part of the artwork. Have your phone ready. We will also have portrait artist Bill Tulp documenting this immersion in slow time. Portraits will be hand-drawn by donations for Umbrella.
We hope that this installation will connect you to the colorful moments around St. Johnsbury and in your own daily life.
COLORS OF THE KINGDOM Events will be held all day SATURDAY in Downtown St. Johnsbury, including Train Rides, Farmers' Market, Arts & Crafts Fair, Planetarium Shows, Ghost Walk, Bluegrass Festival, Parade & much more! Many events FREE or at discounted prices!
