Annual Souper Supper and Silent Auction at Both

Past event
Sep 15, 2019, 6 to 8 PM

Join us at 6 pm on Sunday, September 15th, for our annual Souper Supper fundraiser with the Randolph Area Food Bank. Following the 148th Annual Tunbridge World's Fair conclusion, this event will feature hand-crafted ceramic bowls, soups and breads from seven area restaurants, and home-made desserts. The early start time will accommodate those attending other events in the area later that evening – enjoy a hearty harvest soups and bread dinner with dessert before heading out!

For a $25 donation, you'll receive your choice of beautiful glazed pottery soup bowl, your choice of three ladles of soups, bread, and home-made dessert. For just $10, you may sample three soups in a paper bowl, with bread and dessert. Purchase extra pottery soup bowls for $15, and extra dessert for $2.50. There'll even be take-home soup for $5/pint and $10/quart. We will also raffle off one beautiful large pottery bowl, perfect for soup or salad serving.

This event is sponsored by the Frankenburg Agency of Randolph and Bar Harbor Bank, and will benefit both the Randolph Area Food Shelf and the Brookfield Community Partnership. Please RSVP to this event by email to bhale0723@gmail.com or by calling Betsy Hale at 276-3448.

The Annual Silent Auction will be open throughout the Souper Supper event and will close at 8 pm. Come bid on treats and treasures from area artisans, farmers, craft-folks and residents. This auction benefits the Brookfield Community Partnership (BCP). Founded in 2002, the Brookfield Community Partnership is a nonprofit that was created to benefit all residents of the greater Brookfield community. Our mission is to preserve and restore the historic Old Town Hall while connecting neighbors in tangible ways to enhance life in our community. https://www.facebook.com/brookfieldoldtownhall
