The Charlotte Senior Center will be serving Senior lunch at the Charlotte Senior Center at noon on Wednesday, September 11th. Lunch will include Creamy Rigatoni with Italian Sausage, Italian Salad, bread, beverages and a Homemade Dessert. Please call 425-6345 for a reservation. A $5.00 donation would be greatly appreciated. Activities at the Charlotte Senior Center are open to citizens from neighboring communities. The free presentation at 1pm after lunch will feature THE ROLE of the FINANCIAL CAREGIVER with Lou Maguire, People's United Bank. Aging can intensify the challenges of managing financial decisions, and financial caregivers can be helpful. Finding the right person and granting the appropriate authority can be a challenge. This workshop will help you to understand the role of a financial caregiver, how to establish criteria for choosing one, and how to recognize the potential risks. Registration requested. [Please note that a Financial Caregiver is not the same as a Financial Advisor.]

ART EXHIBIT
September is the 13th Annual Senior Art Exhibit at the Senior Center. There are 29 artists and 49 pieces of work in several media: watercolor, oil, acrylic, collage, glass, paper, pastel, and photography; many are available for purchase. The best times to visit in Sept. (when the Great Room exhibit space is available) are: Mon. at noon, Tues. after 12:30, Wed., 9:00 – noon, Thur. & Fri. after 12:30. [Please note that these times may change each month.] And do call during the week to check availability on Sundays.
