Anti-Human Trafficking Training with Renowned Expert: Presented by VT House Representative Linda Joy Sullivan

Manchester Community Library will host a free training for those 18 and up, by Vermont House Representative Linda Joy Sullivan, MBA, CPA, LL.M, an internationally renowned expert in human trafficking. "Human Trafficking is Modern Day Slavery: Training to understand this complex issue and how we can help end this crime against humanity" will take place on Sunday, September 15, from 2-5 p.m. at the Library.

Linda Joy Sullivan's expertise in human trafficking is sought nationally and internationally. She has designed outreach programs for victims, designed and delivered training programs for judges and attorneys, served as an expert witness on every aspect of this topic and directly supported victims of human trafficking. The list of ways she has led the nation on this topic is daunting in its length and breadth and even includes hosting an investigative radio show.

This free training is appropriate for the general public, age 18 and up. Register by emailing events@mclvt.org or calling Cindy Waters at the Library, 802-549-4577.
