Elementary aged students are invited to come to the Starksboro Public Library for Art with Vera Ryersbach, Monday 3/31 after school from 3:14 - 4:00. In this first of 3 art programs, Vera will help participants explore black and white using a variety of techniques. The 2nd program, in April will expand to playing with colors. The 3 will be held in June and collage will be the focus.
